Phenomenal is a great word to describe our experience using April as our Realtor!
Within minutes of finding a home on realtor.com, April called me introducing herself as a local realtor in the area we were looking. Within just a few minutes she scheduled a virtual walk through of the home we were interested in where we were able to view every portion of the home. We asked her what it would take to get us in this home and she advised us on a reasonable offer to make to the owner. By evening our offer was accepted and now only 3 weeks later the house we wanted is ours. Because we are moving from out of state, April assisted us with everything we needed to get this deal done, including being available when appliances needed to be delivered to our home. She walked us through every detail and then some going way beyond what was required. She made herself available to us and got an answer for every question. This is the Realtor that you want to help you find your home! Love her and can't say enough!
